It’s horrible to arrive at school to collect your child and be taken aside to discuss their not-so-nice behaviour, or when the head phones to inform you of their infractions. It’s hard not to take it personally and not to be either angry at or defensive about your child. So what are we supposed to do when our child is labelled the troublemaker?
